The sad thing is, at the Brazilian steakhouse, the lamb was actually the disappointment of the night. I much preferred the top sirloin and the ribeye, which were well-crusted with grilled flavor, where the lamb was just lacking all around. But it was still a great first introduction to lamb, and perhaps someday I’ll find a place that makes it taste as good as those beef steaks those guys were dishing up last night.

In my observations the best places for lamb are kabob places or Indian places. My brother did the Brazilian steakhouse thing with his wife for their anniversary a couple years back. Really liked it. I’d like to try more South American food. I have Peruvian a bit because of my SiL.
