I hear ya on that. I wish she had gotten a serious challenger but it really all changed when Biden’s son died. But to be honest, she was really the total favorite in 2008 by the party establishment and Obama beat her. And I really hate that people want to make Sanders, an old white dude from a state 95% white the party’s future. It just flies in the direction of what we stand for as a party. Not to mention, I think Sanders has a lot of flaws that his mostly white liberal fans choose to ignore about him that POC are more aware of.

I remain of the opinion that while she would have made a good president, she was not a good candidate. I’m not entirely convinced that she would have beat Rudy in 2000, as that was a fairly close race. I’m also fairly certain that had another viable candidate been available last year, that Clinton would not have been the nominee.
