Yes. Because they do the medical, scientific work before the commercial work.

And vaccines are low margin, labor intensive work. Money isn’t a factor here.

The last time I went in for a vaccination (yellow fever), the doctor I went to had similar concerns about the number of required vaccinations. And he was certainly not an anti-vaccer.
