The group handed themselves in and Border Patrol arrived to process them
Benvie has documented the armed militia’s encounters with asylum seekers for the past two months
Border Patrol said it does not condone the group’s actions

Hard to tell what really happened here but the Daily Fail has obviously swallowed the vigilante gang’s version hook, line and sinker. One possibility is that the group realized they were busted and just decided to hang around until the Border Patrol arrived, with the goobers likewise hanging around pretending to have detained them by force. Another is that the migrants mistook the camo-clad gang for some kind of actual police or military patrol.
