I was laughing in the car the other day as CNN continued its breathless “Pelosi impeding impeachment proceedings” shtick. Reporter: “nearly 60 House democrats want to begin impeachment proceedings now, according to sources in the Caucus meeting.” Which means roughly 75% of House Democrats do not want to begin impeachment at the moment. And yet somehow Pelosi is impeding some groundswell of impeachment support. It’s almost like the cable news channels want to bump viewership with a tasty impeachment.
