Promising, but we have to see what the GQP spin ultimately ends up being. They’re not gonna all be fire-breathin’ Southern Baptists preachers up at the pulpit, promising eternal damnation for “harlots” for “living in sin.” There’s gonna be a lot of political chameleons like Vance who are gonna get fed talking points and false statistics to win over the suburban white vote.

But their base voters are going to expect them to pledge to back a nationwide abortion ban, so there’s that. The Democrats should take a page for GOP campaigns and run ads painting every GOP candidate as an anti-woman extremist.
