You really expect that the public, who views the Big Banks as the culprits behind the mortgage crisis and wanted bank execs dragged away in irons, will respond to a “private sector solution” pushed out by those same execs?

I’m an Obama supporter and will be in 2012 but his programs for the foreclosure have been weak and he hasn’t really addressed this in a long time. Sad to say that I and others have profited off of it by buying homes and renting them. Being self employed and having to prepare for retirement, rentals are the only way to invest. More and more people are looking for rentals because they can’t qualify now or can’t afford the upkeep of maintaining their own home. All I know, I never have to advertise and usually find a renter on the day I put the ‘For Rent’ sign out. And this is Oklahoma, and we didn’t have the large foreclosure problems that some states had.
