Absolutely not. There exists plenty of knowledge about 9-11, who did it, why they did it, how they did it. The Troofers simply brush it away and invent absurd explanations based on very little knowledge at all. It’s about psychology & mental health. In my opinion, believers in conspiracy theories would score very high for paranoia on psychological tests.
