What did the WH think the tea bags were? At any rate, it’s foolhardy to throw anything at the WH and no doubt there were arrests. I wonder if they did a lock down when Kerry threw his medals over?

Pennsylvania Avenue is closed off at both ends in front of the White House. It used to be a four lane street.

No one with a brain would try anything as stupid as bringing a truckload of anything near the White House.
