The last delay was a struggle to get the benefits paid for. Via stimulus monies instead of emergency off budget funding. Not a bad idea at all really. Pay as you go.

I don’t buy the pay as you go thing when it’s an ameregency, which it was.

Pay as you go wouldn’t fly if we were hit by Al Quaeda again, and it shouldnt’ fly when people’s lives are on the precipice of being ruined because what minute income that they have left is being cut off.
