It’s a common sentiment there. Racism in Russia is much more overt than here; whether it is more common, I can’t say, but they’re generally unapologetic about it.

Unfortunately, I’m pretty sure that if Obama was on Putin’s side, we would see something like this from the Ukrainian patriots too. I support Ukraine in this struggle, but I’m not blind to its faults (see “battalion Azov” for example).
