I’m already seeing a lot of journalists on Twitter talking about dire 1st Amendment implications.

I have a feeling that this case may end up being one which tests the outer limits of First Amendment protections. And to be honest, I’m not sure what the right answer is - celebrities and public figures deserve the right to privacy as much as anyone else does; but limiting the press is always dangerous.
