re: #63 Anymouse
We finally caught our cat moving (we havenāt seen him move since he wet our bed - the first time heās ever done that) and stopped eating.
He is walking very strangely when he moves, and is still refusing to eat. We canāt get him to a vet due to the Easter weekend. Weāre going to try to cajole him into eating something, and park on the porch of the vet first thing Monday morning.
Trying to hand-feed him, I managed to get him to lick a small bit off of cat-food gravy off my finger but thatās about it.
Heās still regularly using his litter box (we have this thing that uses disposable pads - something like maternity pads but bigger) - so he is still drinking water.
Even if itās just for the weekend, Iād keep closer track of what heās drinking, especially since heās diabetic. You can get water down him (if necessary) with an eye dropper and throat massage.
I hope things work out for him.
