Greets and saluts from the NYC metro area. Bermuda is still being pummeled by the worst hurricane to ever make landfall there. Dorian continues to churn in virtually the same spot for a full day - unleashing the full wrath on the same general area for 24+ hours. It’s insane, and the future path is likely to wobble along the East Coast of Florida, Georgia, and Carolinas - perhaps staying just offshore while the winds and rain bands shuffle inland. Coastal erosion is likely to be significant across the entire Southeast.

Trump’s on top of the situation - fighting with the NWS about what regions are affected, and reveling in his sheer dumbassery daily. He stayed in the States rather than going to Poland to congratulate them on the anniversary of the beginning of WWII (the invasion of Poland), and Pence went to Ireland to visit leaders there, but stays at a Trump dump 2 hours away to maximize Trump profits (everything this admin does inures benefits to Trump personally).

We’re all paying for this… and foreign regimes and terror groups and rivals are all taking advantage of Trump.
