What I still cannot get my mind around is how the GOP — the ultimate anti-Communist party — has morphed into the pro-Russian pro-KGB loving party. It’s like seeing the Invasion of the Body Snatchers play out in real time and the entire GOP is blindly following Trump taking this nation over the cliff.

It kinda assumes that much of its Anti-Communist bent was actually based on any sort of principle.
