So you are ok with allowing the cops to randomly taze/arrest people?

And allowing the Courts to sanction it?

Please clarify if I am misinterpreting your post.

Not in any way am I condoning. I’m just pointing out the obvious that the more liberal/conservative courts generally side with the state. Take Scalia for instance, he’ll generally vote based on his pretty narrow constructionist view of the constitution unless it bumps up against the rights of the state. When that happens, he’ll almost always vote in favor of the right of the state(the feds) to do as they please. “The constitution doesn’t say the feds don’t have the right to tase you for non-compliance in a traffic stop so it must be ok” kinda thing.
