I am surprised to find out that I pointed out that it was not anarchic. I don’t think I did that. And I would argue that lack of transparency in the formation process of hierarchical structures does not neccessarily mean that it lacks organizational anarchy, provided that nobody is effectively forcefully supressing information in order to establish or maintain a specific hierarchy: Anarchists working illegaly underground often have to keep matters of their hierarchy formation process secret, it does not automatically make them non-anarchic.
