Well, the difficult part is that he apologized so nicely last time, and in the last exchange of mail he said “I’ll call you at 2 PM on Sunday—famous last words.”

So this is now embarassing for him, I’m sure, which means I need to be rather delicate in how I handle it on my end.

I usually handle these situation with a bit of sarc/empathy
