The reason it’s not on camera is because if it is, Trump will watch it. And then he’ll want to micromanage what they say, how they look, he’ll want to find a model type to be the spokeswoman, and so forth. If it’s not on camera, he doesn’t watch it, and then he doesn’t know about anything that happens there.

Never considered that possibility. That it’s not to silence the press but to silence the Donald?
