This. (My wife long ago stopped complaining about me giving very large tips in restaurants.)
Bruh, if your waiter looks like this, that means you need to take your bourgeoisie ass home and learn to cook until this thing is over pic.twitter.com/rpcpi5inh6

This.
Support restaurant workers by getting carry out and wearing a mask.
Call the restaurant, donβt use third-party apps.
And tip big. Like 40-50%. The minimum wage for servers in Nebraska is $2.13/hour. https://t.co/6UzIlyXfptβ Senator Megan Hunt π· (@NebraskaMegan) July 2, 2020
@NebraskaMegan do you personally tip that high? A generous tip is 25% depending on the restaurant that $2.13 becomes $22.13 with one table!

During COVID, absolutely. My expenses are lower, I go out to eat *never,* takeout is a luxury, and I know many servers are working for $2.13 without healthcare or benefits and have to share tips with other staff. I add more to make up for ppl who donβt tip. https://t.co/t1A3iodG7M
