By virtue of its geometry, an egg is fairly well able to withstand a variety of bumps and jostling from the outside. But a weak and inexperienced creature, unable to walk and lacking vision, using little more than its mouth parts, is able to break it apart from the inside.

This may be the enduring symbol of BHO’s presidency.
