Really frustrating that nobody in that Appeals Court hearing mentioned the fact that the EO specifically exempts minority religions within the named countries. Why exempt minority faiths if the explicit intent isn’t to single out muslims for exclusion?

The section of the EO that this pertains to specifically relates to religious persecution claims. The biggest problem is that I don’t trust the Trump administration not to lump all Muslims in together when in fact Sufi, Shia and Sunni refugees can all experience religious persecution in nominally “muslim majority” nations.
