Unimportant local update.

My wife wanted to learn how to make tortillas from scratch, because a) store-bought ones aren’t so good, and 2) when she wants tortillas that’s a thirty-two mile round trip.

I also did the same as tortillas are hard to find in Germany. They have since become more common, but I basically fall back on Dürüm, Turkish tortillas, that are much better than the pseudo-Mexican variety.
