Ronald Reagan has been out of office 33 years now. It still saddens and angers me to think about the damage he managed to do during his 8 years in the White House. It is still very much with us, especially in the barbarous forces he helped legitimize and bring to prominence. We were at a crossroads in 1980, and we picked the wrong fork.

I think it was his cuts in education that started leading to the decline in political discourse in this country.
