What’s the valid point, though? Why should an employer say that certain medical treatments are immoral? Should an employer also be able to forbid an employee from spending their paycheck on other ‘immoral’ things?

If you’re going to offer insurance, cover everything or don’t say you’re offering insurance. If you don’t want to cover birth control directly, then hire a benefits company that you pay, and let the benefits company provide it.

And these same assholes worry about Sharia law taking over.
