Yeah, but he’s a fundie and he’s dorky. I don’t think Romney will pick someone who can upstage him the way Palin did McCain. Rubio & Ryan are both young and handsome and don’t have that “uncanny valley” quality that turns people off. I don’t think he wants the competition.

My father (the devout Catholic) was so freaked out by Jindal’s account of his foray into exorcism in college that I don’t think he’s ever looked at him again without thinking of that.
