I do like sauerkraut; I’m not too sure why, but I enjoy the taste. Of course, I also enjoyed liverwurst, something that most people find wholly revolting. My ex-wife once saw a block of it in the fridge, and not knowing what it was, asked me why there was cat food in there.

Hmmm. Another liverwurst lover! I quit meats pretty much over 30 yrs ago, but a liverwurst sandwich was one of my faves. So was kielbasa and sauerkraut (cooked together!). My diet is much better now. : )
