I stay out of the way too, because I have trouble telling the difference between the oven and the Cuisinart. Also, I don’t know how to bar-b-que a turkey.

We’ve been eating cranberry sauce for three days. She makes it, we eat it, then she makes more.

I like Brussels sprouts though. For breakfast today we had eggs and bacon, Brussels sprouts, and cranberry sauce.

Weber charcoal kettle turkey is easy, even easier if you don’t stuff it. Every man should be able to burn meat sufficiently to be edible. I smoke BBQ, wood grill, charcoal grill, gas grill. I’m probably best at smoking pork, roasting is easy, but grilling and brisket is where I have trouble.
