I suspect that Baltimore like most large urban areas probably pays more in taxes than it gets back. So yeah, while it might receive billions, it pays more billions out.

It’s not a “moocher” like a lot of Red America is. I don’t mind helping them but I wish they would shut their mouths about how urbanites are moochers and they’re “real America.”
