They’ll burn that bridge when they get to it. While Biden and/or Congressional Dems couldn’t order NYS to make the state/local charges “go away,” it’s possible that they could hinder or even kneecap such by revoking federal support of the investigations. Or apply pressure to accept guilty pleas in exchange for light sentences that don’t include jail time.

I can’t see that happening under any circumstance. None.

While Biden is a go along get along guy, upwards of 300k Americans are dead (unofficial, based on regression analysis). Biden will not let that go.
