What if you can’t introduce new evidence at the appellate level?

What if there is no *evidence* to introduce? At ANY level?

So far the Trump campaign’s whole legal “strategy” seems to be merely an accelerated version of the usual Trump practice: i.e., “lawyer up and sue and appeal up through the court system until everyone gets sick and tired of dealing with you and settles”

Which probably ain’t gonna work on the Presidential-election level…
