I wouldn’t doubt that the St. Louis County prosecutor Bob McCulloch is watching the weather closely, waiting for a snow storm or a wicked bitter cold snap, to release the grand jury’s findings.

I hate to be that cynical, but things are rotten in St. Louis County. And we can all see it now thanks to the internet.
