Weber charcoal kettle turkey is easy, even easier if you don’t stuff it. Every man should be able to burn meat sufficiently to be edible. I smoke BBQ, wood grill, charcoal grill, gas grill. I’m probably best at smoking pork, roasting is easy and grilling and brisket is where I have trouble.
I can burn it, but I am not sure it would be edible. Actually, we don’t own a bar-b-que: in the winter it is too cold to use and in the summer it is too dry (prairie grass fire is not what I want to be remembered for)
