I really like spicy food too. I really wish the American diet had more lamb in it.

Ours does, after my wife ordered some spices from Penzey’s for the first time and they threw in a bunch of herbs and spices specifically for lamb.

A couple days later we were at the butcher shop in town so she could buy about twenty pounds of lamb.

Now it’s lamb sate, lamb tsardust, lamb surprise, surprise lamb again …
