He’s the guy who files lawsuits in hopes of getting discovery, and most of his cases fail. He gets backing of GOPers, no matter how deep in the weeds he’s going, because they hope he can dig up dirt on their enemies.

He’s been banned from practicing before at least two judges for his misconduct. There’s still a matter pending before the DC Bar for misconduct.

And more recently, he supposedly represented Roy Moore in a suit against Sasha Baron Cohen.
