Probably suing Biden for criticizing Trump.

I doubt that, but suing Biden is probably a good bet. I guess, technically, the other thing it could be is an announcement of some asinine law or executive order he’s pushing through. Maybe calling a special session to fund building the wall he pretends he needs so badly.
