She says she’s phoned the FBI, but the screenshot is what you would see on an iPhone if you phoned someone called “Scott Perry”. Maybe the reason it went to voicemail is that she doesn’t know how to use her phone.

Scott Perry is the Congressman whose phone the FBI supposedly confiscated a couple of days ago.
