It’s DC. You’re either black or you’re a member of Congress. A few people are exceptions to this, and a few people overlap, but seriously…I’ve been to DC. It’s a pretty black town.

I wouldn’t go that far to say that but DC is a predominately black city but most of the whtie people who live in DC are mostly young professionals without kids.
