I’m sure it’s been said before, but I’ll say it again.

If Barbour has no history of being critical of an idea or organization or person, then he can get away with saying that, but what are the odds of that?

I mean he doesn’t even have to condemn it, he could have come out and said, “We don’t need to make something like this to commemorate our history and heritage.”

Something that simple would probably have been enough to make me not care, but instead now I look at all the times Barbour has come out in public to criticize something Obama has done and then thinking about his comments about the civil rights era and I go, yeah… evidence is starting to mount on Barbour.

And I don’t think it’s going to paint a pretty picture.
