Anybody else see Pelosi this morning? She says that instead of cutting tax rates, she wants to give a tax credit to the lowest tier groups. She says these are the tax ‘payers’ that pay no Federal Income Tax, but they are more deserving of ‘help’ via government largesse.

I don’t know, is this an example of ‘trickle up’ doo voo economics?
