I have read in various places that is what the white rose stuff is today, from that old movement. The original White Rose collaborators were caught by the Nazis and executed after some of their pamphlets were found on a member.

The group was founded after they learned about the mass murder that occurred in Poland. The point of their leaflets (spread around the nation) was to catalogue the crimes of the regime, and the army’s losses in battle.
