The tracked electric is the “modern” streetcar of the type used by Pittsburgh Railways until they went all-bus. IIRC they were made by the St. Louis Car Co. A 15-cent fare with free transfers could get you across the city in any direction. And it was a “steetcar”. “Trolleys” were effete New England affectations.
