The major elements have been set, they’re now working on fine-tuning it. What I personally would like to see is the official report she would have had to fill out immediately after the shooting. Or are we going to be told that (like with Ferguson) that she was given a pass from department policy not to submit one until just before her grand jury testimony when she finally submits one that is totally designed to answer all the inconsistencies the DA has brought up.

They just have to totally clusterfuck all the evidence so that it is impossible to establish anything beyond reasonable doubt.
