Carville’s an idiot. What’s Obama supposed to do wave his magic wand and stop the oil leak? Or blow his top at BP for this accident daily? The best qualified organization to stop the leak is BP. We have to wait and see what happens with this latest “top kill” attempt. Having the USCG or the US Army Corps of Engineers in the Gulf to attempt this would make no sense whatsoever.
