There’s some outrage brewing over the Newsweek cover. The only “Journalist” I recognized on the list is Mondowiess contributor Max Blumenthal. I suppose there some legitimate journalistic debate to be had over the cover but I haven’t seen any yet.

Some things are so obvious they don’t really require debate from reasonable people. Phrases like “Muslim rage”, like “Jewish Rage” or “Black rage” or “Christian rage”, are obviously stupid, inflammatory, and unjouranlistic— referring to the actions of a small minority as though they’re representative of the larger group.

Why do you recognize dudes from Mondoweiss and not the Atlantic, by the way?
