I used to get heat headaches. Especially after long bike rides. You ever get a heat stroke? I did once when I was a kid. Never went to the hospital for it but we did the cold water in the tub routine. Looking back I probably could have died.

something like one third of heat stroke victims do even with medical attention, it’s no joke for sure.
