But even the fruit juices are mostly HFCS laden crap and the companies will go to great lengths to try and disguise that fact. A couple of weeks ago I grabbed this off a shelf:

Now I admit I did only glance at the label, but I bought it believing it was 100% juice, it’s not. It’s only a 30% juice blend.

Very sneaky, putting the 100% right underneath “Juice”. I read it as “100% Juice”, as I’m sure many others do. It wasn’t till I went back that I noticed the “Beverage” part. It’s the same thing in the grocery store: fruit beverage, drink, cocktail, etc.
