What the GOP will do is stage a “repeal” vote that runs aground on a Dem filibuster and use that to blame them for the damage that’s done when the GOP then uses the budgetary process to deprive the ACA of all funding. The damage done will then be used as “proof” that the ACA is a failure and a repeal of it made into a midterm campaign issue with all Dems who voted against the initial “repeal” vote portrayed as responsible for millions losing their access to healthcare.

That won’t work since millions of Americans now have insurance via the ACA and will directly be harmed when it is repealed. I don’t think Americans are as dumb as most Republicans think we are.
