San Francisco, actually, here’s the criminal complaint for those interested.

Interesting that they’re not being charged specifically with the forgery of the California driver’s licenses or for their illegal access of the Stem Express computer network. Those facts are laid out in the supporting DOJ investigation and the Stem Express hack is listed as an element of the conspiracy count in #15, but aren’t listed (yet) as separate charges. Given the amount of time it’s taken to prepare the indictment I would’ve expected those acts to be charged as separate criminal line items.
