From the article, the worst part of this insane idea appears to be this galactic-scale elephant turd:

According to the proposal, “good moral character” is based on “relevant information or evidence, including classified, law enforcement sensitive, or national security information and shall be binding upon any court regardless of the applicable standard of review.”

So Trump could write a memo in crayon to the effect that all ‘messicans’ are gang members, have it be binding on the courts, and classify it to cover it up.
